Every appointment is delivered by an HCPC-registered podiatrist, in your own home, using sterilised professional equipment. Each visit includes a check of how your feet look and feel, the treatment itself, and a clear, practical plan for what's next.

Routine Home Foot Care
Ongoing maintenance to keep your feet comfortable and walking easier. Most clients are seen every 6–10 weeks.

Toenail & Thickened Nail Care
Professional cutting, reducing and shaping of difficult, ingrowing-prone or thickened toenails — including nails that are hard to reach or manage at home.
Corn & Callus Care
Careful removal of painful corns and hard skin to reduce pressure points and restore comfortable walking.
Diabetic Foot Check at Home
A calm, factual foot-health review — skin, nails, sensation, circulation, footwear and practical advice. This complements, and does not replace, NHS diabetic foot screening.
Care Home Podiatry Rounds
Scheduled visits to care homes, typically every 8–10 weeks, with treatment notes fed back to the care home for resident records.

Evening & Weekend Appointments
Subject to route availability, we offer appointments outside standard weekday hours for working families and busy carers.
Case-by-case advanced care
Beyond routine podiatry, certain advanced treatments — including nail surgery, verruca needling, wound care, biomechanics and orthotics — may be discussed during your appointment.
Some advanced treatments may be available following assessment, depending on clinical need, suitability and whether the treatment can be safely provided in the home setting.
Where a treatment isn't appropriate at home, we'll explain why and help you understand your options — including referral pathways.
If you have a new wound, spreading redness, swelling, discharge, fever, severe pain, blackened skin, or a hot swollen foot, please seek urgent medical advice. You are still welcome to contact us for guidance, but some symptoms may need urgent NHS or GP-led care.
