How payment & visits work
Payment is due at the appointment
We accept cash and card (mobile card reader). A receipt is provided on request.
No travel supplements at launch
Prices are the same across our coverage area. Appointments are arranged by route and postcode availability.
Appointment length
Initial visits are longer to allow for assessment. Routine visits are typically 30–45 minutes.
Booking on behalf of family
You can book on behalf of a parent or relative. Just tell us their name and address.
Cancellation policy
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as soon as you can.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice require upfront payment before the next appointment can be rebooked. This helps us keep prices fair for everyone and protects time set aside for your visit.
