For families
Many appointments are arranged by an adult son, daughter or carer. You don't need to be at the visit — we keep things calm and respectful for the person being cared for, with clear pricing and no surprises.
Diabetic foot checks
A routine foot check from an HCPC-registered podiatrist, including skin, nail, sensation, circulation and footwear review, with clear advice on next steps. Routine diabetic foot checks can support monitoring and advice, but they do not replace urgent medical care where symptoms need prompt attention.
If you have a new wound, spreading redness, swelling, discharge, fever, severe pain, blackened skin, or a hot swollen foot, please seek urgent medical advice. You are still welcome to contact us for guidance, but some symptoms may need urgent NHS or GP-led care.
We cover South and West Yorkshire, with appointments arranged by route and postcode availability.

About the practice

Margaret
Hard skin & corn care
I'd been struggling with really painful hard skin on my heels and a couple of corns for ages, and it was getting to the point where I was dreading walking anywhere. She sorted everything out so gently and carefully, I honestly couldn't believe the difference afterwards. My feet felt like they were brand new! She's dead friendly as well, proper down to earth, and didn't rush a thing. Would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Thickened nails & toe care
Brilliant service. She came bang on time, had a good look at my thickened toenails and a painful bit of skin on my big toe, and explained everything in plain English. No faff, just straight to the point. Feet felt loads better straight after. Sound, professional and easy to get on with.

Routine home foot care
I booked a home visit as I struggle getting out much these days. She was spot on. Brought everything with her, set up in my front room and made it all feel very calm and professional. She sorted my nails, dealt with the hard skin on my heels and gave me some really useful tips about moisturising and what shoes to avoid. Made things dead easy for me, which I really appreciated.

Booked for her mum
I arranged for Aliane to see my mum who'd been moaning about a painful corn and generally sore feet. Mum can be a bit nervous with new people, but Aliane was lovely with her straight away. Very patient, explained everything properly and kept checking she was alright throughout. Mum was chuffed to bits afterwards and said her feet felt 'ten times better'. She's already asking when she's coming back!

Corn care, busy professional
Honestly, she was spot on. I'd been putting off dealing with a painful corn for months because I'm always busy, so having Aliane come to the house was a lifesaver. She sorted it out quickly, no discomfort, no awkwardness, just got on with it. Gave me a few straight-up tips about my shoes as well. Dead convenient and well worth it.

Initial assessment
I was really impressed with Aliane's care. She took time to properly check my feet first, especially the hard skin and pressure areas I'd been struggling with, and explained what was going on in a way that made sense. Everything was clean, organised and very professional. I felt completely at ease the whole time. The improvement afterwards was honestly better than I expected. I'd happily recommend her mobile service.

Sore heels from work
Really lovely experience. I'm on my feet all day at work and had developed really sore heels and hard skin that was starting to get uncomfortable. She had a good chat with me first, then treated everything gently and gave me advice that actually fits into real life, not just textbook stuff. Feet felt so much better afterwards — proper relief. She's warm, friendly and clearly knows her stuff.
